We’ve recently received feedback regarding the need for supply chain contacts to access both their trade-specific package and the full set of tender documents. To address this, we’ve introduced new functionality allowing your company’s supply chain to request access to the full document set directly via their tender enquiry email.
The Full Set is available should the subcontractor choose to request it, providing full visibility and helping mitigate risk by ensuring that all relevant information is always readily accessible.
- When a supply chain contact submits a request, you’ll be able to review, approve, or decline it from the Requests tab within the relevant tender.
- On the Invites & Responses page, you can now filter out Full Set requests by using the Exclude Full Sets filter.
- Document Transmittals now also outline the full document set and how contacts can request access when downloading their trade package.
