Quote Analysis now supports Excel files
You can now pull spreadsheet quotes into the same comparison as your PDF quote files.
Quote Analysis now reads Excel quotes (.xlsx and .xls) alongside your PDFs.
When you start a comparison on a package, your Excel quotes are selectable and picked up automatically, so the quotes that used to sit out of the analysis are compared with the rest.
Two things worth knowing:
- Figures pulled from an Excel quote won't show a citation.
- To view an Excel quote in the comparison viewer, you'll be prompted to download the file.

A faster Quotes page, organised by trade
We've rebuilt the
Quotes
page around how you actually estimate, by trade.Your packages now live in a sidebar on the left, like the folders you already work in.
- Click a trade to jump straight to its quotes instead of scrolling the whole page.
- Quotes sit in a sortable table.
- You can drag and drop files straight onto a package to upload them,.
- Quote Analysis is one click away in the sidebar.
Editing happens in a single view right next to the table (file preview, price, notes, and history), so you're not bounced out to a separate page anymore.
Everything you could do before still works: view, edit, download, and delete. It's just quicker to find a quote and get it organised.

Keep your Address Book sharp with Contact review
Your Address Book is only as good as the contacts in it, and the new Contact Review tab in your Address Book makes it easy to keep it clean.
The Contact Review tool surfaces any contact who hasn't responded to an invitation in the last 12 months, so you can decide what to do in seconds.
Archive the ones you don't need, or tidy up the details on the ones you want to keep, because contacts with missing or incorrect details might not show up in your invite lists.
Each contact's 12-month engagement stats sit right alongside, so you've got the context to make the call. You’ll have less clutter, cleaner invite lists, and sharper quotes.

Address Book

More visibility for your team, and a way back for deleted users
We've made two improvements to how you manage your team on E1, both shaped by what you've told us makes day-to-day team management slower than it needs to be.
What's new
Standard users can now view the team.
Anyone on your account can go to
Settings > Users
to see who else has access. No more pinging an Administrator to ask who is on the account.Reinstate previously deleted users.
Administrators
can now restore access for users who were removed in the past, without having to recreate them from scratch. Why it matters
For bigger teams, not being able to see who else had access was making simple things, like working out who to loop in on a project, harder than they should be. And when someone leaves and comes back, or when a deletion happens by mistake, you can now bring the user back with their original details intact rather than starting over.

Awarded project info now available on Leads 🥇
See when a project's been awarded, and to which builder, right from your Leads tab.
We've connected awarded project information across more of the platform. Now, every subbie can see when a project has been awarded directly on Leads and Invitations. What you can see about the awarded builder depends on your plan or whether the project is unlocked.
What's new
Awarded status is now visible on Leads, whether the Lead came from an Invitation or the Noticeboard.
You'll always know when a project has moved into the awarded phase.
The awarded builder is now visible in more places too. Who you can see depends on your plan and unlock status.
If you're on Essential or above:
You can see the awarded builder on Leads, Invitations, and the Noticeboard in the state/s you have access to.
If you're on Free or Lite and the project is unlocked:
You can see the awarded builder. Unlocking a project now gives you full access to its information, from the open phase right through to awarded.
If you're on Free or Lite and the project is locked:
If your Invitation came from the builder who went on to be awarded the project, you'll see they were awarded. That's new.
If your Invitation came from a different builder, unlock the project with a credit or upgrade your plan to see who it was awarded to.
Why it matters
Knowing when a project's been awarded, and to which builder, helps you focus your follow-ups, build relationships with the head contractors with the work you want, and put your time into the leads with the most potential.
Available now for all subbies on E1.

🚀 New: Anchor your quote analysis with a BoQ
We’ve levelled up Quote Analysis. You can now upload a Bill of Quantities (BoQ) to act as the source of truth for your subcontractor quote comparisons.
Instead of just comparing quotes to each other, you can now ground the analysis in your project’s actual line items. This helps you spot universal scope gaps, where every bidder missed a requirement, and ensures your reports are consistent every time you re-run them.
What’s new?
Optional BoQ Upload:
A new 2-step flow allows you to upload a package-specific BoQ (Excel or PDF) when starting an analysis.Structured Comparisons:
Your Scope Breakdown will now map inclusions and exclusions directly to your BoQ line items.Identify Universal Gaps:
Automatically highlight items that are missing across all submitted quotes.Improved Consistency:
Using a BoQ as an anchor ensures more stable, repeatable results across multiple runs. Why it matters
Estimators are under a lot of pressure during the final days of a tender. This update reduces the manual work of "mapping" inconsistent quotes to your own structure, allowing you to move from raw data to a leveled comparison in minutes, not days.
How to get started
- Go to the Quotestab in any project.
- Select a trade package and click Analyse Quotes.
- Upload your quotes and package-specific BoQ and get comparing.

Just Released: Record Your Off-Platform Quotes with ‘Quote Emailed’
We know that business doesn’t always happen strictly inside a dashboard, with some quotes submitted via email to builders.
Previously, these “off-platform” wins weren’t reflected in your Quote Rate, leaving your performance data feeling a little incomplete.
We’ve introduced the ‘
Quote Emailed
’ status to bridge the gap between your inbox and your insights. What’s New?
For Subbies & Suppliers:
You can now mark any Lead as ‘Quote Emailed
.’ This ensures your Quote Rate and Win Rate statistics actually reflect the hard work you’re doing on and off-platform.
For Builders:
You’ll now see a ‘Quote Emailed
’ status whenever a subbie or supplier signals they’ve sent their proposal via email. While builders can’t set the Quote Emailed status, you can still update it to any other status.
Why It Matters
Accurate Reporting:
Get a 360-degree view of your actioned Leads.Better Communication:
Subbies can now clearly signal to builders that the quote is sitting in their inbox.Relationship Insights:
