We've listened to your feedback! E1's Quote Analysis feature has been updated to include sharing and exporting capabilities, making it simpler than ever to distribute your analysis results and incorporate them into your workflow.

You can now easily share the full analysis report with your team and export the data for external use or further manipulation.

Sharing the dynamic report with your project team is now a breeze:

Simply copy the unique web address (URL) from your browser's address bar.

Need a hard copy or want to work with the data in another tool? We've got you covered:

Use the 'Print or PDF' button, located at the top right of the analysis report, to export a clean, formatted document.

For spreadsheet-ready data:

Click the 'Copy Table' button found within the Overview section of the report.

Paste the copied data directly into your preferred spreadsheet application (like Excel or Google Sheets).

We've made it faster for subbies and suppliers to share project details with their team!

You can now generate a shareable link right from the project and copy it instantly to your clipboard, ready for sharing. This is perfect for quickly sending the project to a colleague who already has access.

You can now search companies in the E1 Network by company name, not just trades.

In the 'Network' tab, just click the magnifying glass icon next to ‘Search by trade name’ to switch modes. It’s a simple update that adds extra convenience when you're trying to find specific companies fast.

Now you can quickly enrich your company profiles, giving you automatically updated, richer insights for smarter decision-making when inviting and awarding work.

'Coverage' is a new visual-first interface that helps to quickly assess and manage trade package quote coverage during the tender process.

Think of it like a live coverage tracker, modelled on the spreadsheets you already use, but automated & embedded in your tender workflow, all with real-time information.

A new, dedicated Quote Coverage view enhances the existing "Invites & Responses" table.

Instantly see how many subcontractors were invited, who’s quoted, who’s still quoting, and who hasn’t engaged.

Real-time visibility into subcontractor activity (quoting, document access, non-response).

We’ve recently received feedback regarding the need for supply chain contacts to access both their trade-specific package and the full set of tender documents. To address this, we’ve introduced new functionality allowing your company’s supply chain to request access to the full document set directly via their tender enquiry email.

The Full Set is available should the subcontractor choose to request it, providing full visibility and helping mitigate risk by ensuring that all relevant information is always readily accessible.

We’re gearing up to beta release our new across the app. The new invitations experience puts greater access, visibility, and control in your hands when it comes to subcontractor selection and pricing.

You can now view key activity data on a subcontractor’s profile in the E1 Network prior to connecting with them. See when they were last active on E1 and when they last updated their profile, giving you the context you need to make more informed connection and engagement decisions.
