" Tab: No more hunting through active projects. Any lead marked as ‘Quoted’ or ‘Quote Emailed’ now lives here for easy tracking.
Outcome Tags:
You can now mark your submitted quotes as Won, Lost, or Other.
Performance Insights:
Once you start tagging outcomes, E1 does the maths for you. You’ll unlock visibility into your total win rate and, importantly, your win rate with specific builders.High level win rate

Just Released: Record Your Off-Platform Quotes with ‘Quote Emailed’
We know that business doesn’t always happen strictly inside a dashboard, with some quotes submitted via email to builders.
Previously, these “off-platform” wins weren’t reflected in your Quote Rate, leaving your performance data feeling a little incomplete.
We’ve introduced the ‘
Quote Emailed
’ status to bridge the gap between your inbox and your insights.What’s New?
For Subbies & Suppliers:
You can now mark any Lead as ‘Quote Emailed
.’ This ensures your Quote Rate and Win Rate statistics actually reflect the hard work you’re doing on and off-platform.
For Builders:
You’ll now see a ‘Quote Emailed
’ status whenever a subbie or supplier signals they’ve sent their proposal via email. While builders can’t set the Quote Emailed status, you can still update it to any other status.

AI Quote Analysis - New Enhancements
Since launching AI-powered Quote Analysis just a few months ago we've seen over 150 builders already making it part of their E1 workflow. Thanks to your continuous feedback, we’ve introduced a few updates to make the experience even better.
Here’s what’s new
Citations: Confidence in every quote
AI-extracted information in reports now includes direct citations showing where each data point appears in the original quote. This transparency helps you quickly verify the information and gain confidence in the AI-generated output.
Quote Viewer: All your quotes in one view
You can now view the original quotes side-by-side against the Quote Analysis report in a new Quote Viewer. This makes it easier to cross-check details without PDF hopping.
Quote Package Suggestions: Smart package matching
When quotes are uploaded into E1, the system now automatically identifies trade-based package matches where possible, enabling faster review and organisation.
Connected Subcontractor Profiles: Instant company insights
If a quote comes from a subcontractor within your E1 Address Book, you’ll now see a direct link to their Company Profile. This applies anywhere their company name appears within the report, giving you instant historical context.

Location Switcher Updates: Now Showing Full Office Address
We've rolled out some updates to the Location Switcher to make it clearer and help prevent issues with duplicate entries!
Positioning yourself by office surfaces only tenders and leads that matter. Use Switch Office to pick a local hub and filter projects by region for faster, more relevant opportunities.
What's Changing
Office Address Display:
The checkboxes for selecting locations will now display the full street address instead of just the Office Name.Why Are We Making These Changes?
The goal of this update is to create a more consistent and accurate experience for all users and regions, ultimately helping you work more efficiently by improving clarity.
Showing the full address makes it easy to immediately confirm if an office is already listed, preventing the unnecessary creation of duplicates.

Stop wasting time manually sifting through hundreds of pages of specs and drawings. Project ChatBot instantly surfaces key details from the tender documents, giving you the critical information you need in seconds.
Qualify projects faster and quote with confidence
Project ChatBot allows you to ask simple, plain-English questions and get instant, context-aware results.
Ask questions like:
- Who is the architect for this project?
- How many floors are in this project?
- Who is the developer or client?
- Is waterproofing included in this project?
- Where is tiling specified?
- Show me the section on fire safety requirements.
Where to Find Project ChatBot
Access Project ChatBot directly on the invitation slider for any relevant Lead.
- Go to the Leadspage.
- Open a Lead invitation.
- Click “Ask a question about this project”at the bottom of the slider to start chatting.
Important Notes
- Beta Access:Project ChatBot is currently in Beta. Please note that usage limits may apply to certain licences from November 2025 - these will be noted in the ChatBot section of the invitation.
- Project Focus:It works on aper-project basisand can't be used for confidential tenders (like defence projects).
- Your Judgment is Key:The ChatBot won't tell you how much to quote or run complex calculations. AI can make mistakes, so always use yourprofessional judgment and reviewthe source documents before making final decisions.

Feature Update: Quote Analysis - Now Easier to Share and Export!
We've listened to your feedback! E1's Quote Analysis feature has been updated to include sharing and exporting capabilities, making it simpler than ever to distribute your analysis results and incorporate them into your workflow.
What's New?
You can now easily share the full analysis report with your team and export the data for external use or further manipulation.
Sharing the Analysis
Sharing the dynamic report with your project team is now a breeze:
Share via Link:
Simply copy the unique web address (URL) from your browser's address bar.Important Note: For security and access control, only team members who have been granted access to that specific project in E1 will be able to view the link.
Exporting the Data and Report
Need a hard copy or want to work with the data in another tool? We've got you covered:
Print or PDF:
Use the 'Print or PDF' button, located at the top right of the analysis report, to export a clean, formatted document.
Copy Table Data:
For spreadsheet-ready data:Click the 'Copy Table' button found within the Overview section of the report.
Paste the copied data directly into your preferred spreadsheet application (like Excel or Google Sheets).
This update is designed to improve collaboration and efficiency for all our E1 builders. Give it a try on your next project analysis!

We've made it faster for subbies and suppliers to share project details with their team!
You can now generate a shareable link right from the project and copy it instantly to your clipboard, ready for sharing. This is perfect for quickly sending the project to a colleague who already has access.
Note: You'll now find the Print option moved into the (...) menu, right alongside the new
Copy Project URL feature.
