We’ve leveled up Quote Analysis. You can now upload a Bill of Quantities (BoQ) to act as the source of truth for your subcontractor quote comparisons.
Instead of just comparing quotes to each other, you can now ground the analysis in your project’s actual line items. This helps you spot universal scope gaps, where every bidder missed a requirement, and ensures your reports are consistent every time you re-run them.
What’s new?
Optional BoQ Upload:
A new 2-step flow allows you to upload a package-specific BoQ (Excel or PDF) when starting an analysis.
Structured Comparisons:
Your Scope Breakdown will now map inclusions and exclusions directly to your BoQ line items.
Identify Universal Gaps:
Automatically highlight items that are missing across all submitted quotes.
Improved Consistency:
Using a BoQ as an anchor ensures more stable, repeatable results across multiple runs.
Why it matters
Estimators are under a lot of pressure during the final days of a tender. This update reduces the manual work of "mapping" inconsistent quotes to your own structure, allowing you to move from raw data to a leveled comparison in minutes, not days.
