As part of our continuous uplift of the E1 Network, we’re focused on making it easier to find and connect with the right contacts when issuing RFQs, removing the guesswork and ensuring enquiries reach the right people. You’ll start to notice the following changes as subbies update primary contacts across their accounts, helping you manage a smarter, more connected Address Book.

This update helps everyone save time, reduce confusion, and connect faster - because finding the right contact should be simple and stress-free.

We’ve made it easier to download assigned packages in one go!

Subbies and Suppliers can now download all assigned packages from the project landing page as a single ZIP file, saving time and effort. Each package is neatly organised in its own directory within the ZIP.

Now, you can expand the schedule to fill your screen for a clearer and more focused view. Click the full-screen button to access this view in the top right corner of the letting schedule

We’re excited to announce a major improvement to our Connection Suggestions feature, designed to enhance the number of suggestions you'll see when using the feature.

Previously, the Connection Suggestions page may only have returned a few suggestions when searching for potential matches among the top 100 companies in your Address Book, without surfacing less active matches.

With this update, the feature will now actively search for up to 100 matches every time you access Connection Suggestions.

You’ll now consistently see more connection suggestions if they’re available.

If there are 100 potential matches, you’ll see all 100, no more bottlenecks!

This change ensures a smoother, more efficient experience, helping you build connections faster and more effectively.

Our new project visibility options give your company the ability to gain additional trade coverage from the E1 Network of subcontractors and suppliers.

You can now publish a project as a ‘Private Contractor’, which allows you to remain anonymous to the Network before you approve a subcontractor or supplier's request and release documentation to them.

The E1 Network includes over 12,000 profiled companies across the UK and Ireland looking to price work and engage with new contractors.

This option will publish your project to the E1 Network with your company name visible to all subcontractors and suppliers.

Your company name is hidden until document requests are approved for the requesting subcontractor or supplier.

This option makes your project available to the E1 Network, with your company name set as ‘Private Contractor’, allowing subcontractors and suppliers to request packages from you. They will see your business details only when approved.

Your project is not discoverable by the E1 Network as it isn't published on the tender noticeboard. Subcontractors and suppliers only gain access to the project details when you send them an enquiry.

You can change a project from Private to available to the E1 Network at any time via your Project Details.

You can now also connect with Network companies with the click of a button.

Any companies you are already connected to can also be directly invited to quote from the Network profile snapshot, just click 'Invite to Quote' and follow the prompts.
